About Us:

Responsibilities:
- Be available on an on-call basis to assist in various construction tasks, including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a secure work environment.
- Work collaboratively with the construction team to meet project objectives.
- Responsible for your own tools and routine maintenance.
Compensation Structure:
- Payment will be based on the specific job and its difficulty level.
- Laborers can earn anywhere from $50 to $200 per day, depending on the complexity of the task and time.
Examples of Tasks:
- Land Clearing and Brush Removal: On some days, you may be assisting with land clearing or brush removal using tools such as chainsaws and trimmers. Your contribution will be crucial in preparing sites for construction or landscaping projects.
- Junk Hauls and Removal: Another day, you may be helping to remove junk and debris from properties. This could involve loading and unloading items onto trucks and ensuring the site is clean and tidy afterward. Your assistance will be invaluable in ensuring prompt and efficient junk removal services for our clients.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a laborer role is a plus.
- Own and maintain necessary tools is a plus.
